    Hailing from Chicago, Tim Hess is a 22 year-old platinum driver for Uber as well as a rideshare driver for the Lyft platform. He has shared his experiences as a driver on YouTube since early 2019, when he first began rideshare driving in his spare time, and has corresponded with hundreds of drivers, accumulating a wide perspective and vast amount of insight about the rideshare industry.

    Some of his primary focuses as a rideshare driver include strategies to maximize profits, ensuring the safety of both drivers and passengers on the road, and understanding the ways that drivers get deactivated from the platforms.
